Description

Women who exercise regularly during pregnancy experience fewer common pre-natal discomforts. Exercise enhances a woman's psychological well being,improves posture and body mechanics,facilitates circulation, reduces pelvic pain and increases energy levels. Bring a water bottle and wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.
